Membership Details

All subscriptions quoted are for 2018 – subscriptions are due on 1st January in each year and for applications on or after 1st August in any year the subscription (but not the one-off entrance fee of £5) is reduced by 50%. Intermediate membership applies to persons aged 16 and 17 on 1st January, or date of payment of subscription in any year and any person in full-time education up to the age of 25.

No person under the age of 16 can be accepted for Senior Club membership but can apply for junior membership of the various Sections. For subscription fees for those under 16, please contact the relevant Section contact. Substantial reductions are given for joining more than one Section.

Family Membership is offered in the form of reductions to junior membership subscriptions if both parents/partners are full senior members of the relevant section.

Chaperone Membership is offered to the parents of children who are under the age of 10 on 1st January of the year. The cost of Chaperone membership to the parent will be £25.00 – the rate for social membership of the Club. This will give the parent the benefits of being a 'Social' Club member and also entitle them to play either badminton, bowls or tennis - but only with their child. The parent would need to complete a Club membership application form and pay the initial “one-off” joining fee of £5.00.

For enquiries about Chaperone Membership or Family Membership, please contact the relevant Section.
